The Perfect Buoyancy course is a specialty built for certified divers who want to sharpen their stability and gain real efficiency on every dive. It includes two real-deal dives focused on precision, balance, and technical performance.

What does the Perfect Buoyancy course consist of?

The perfect buoyancy course is one of our diving specialties, designed to perfect your technique and seriously improve your mastery underwater. It’s not just “floating better”: it’s the precision and control behind good underwater photography and every dive.

The training includes two dives at sea where you will work on exercises from the SSI program focused on optimizing your position, balance, and performance. To access it is necessary to have Open Water certification (or equivalent). At the end you will obtain the official Perfect Buoyancy certification.

What will you work on in the Perfect Buoyancy course?

You will learn how to correctly configure your equipment and distribute the weight efficiently to avoid over-weighting and improve your stability from the start of the dive.

You will work on the horizontal position, balance, and alignment of the body underwater to reduce resistance and gain efficiency in each movement.

You will optimize your breathing pattern to better control buoyancy and reduce air consumption, improving your overall performance.
